Location: Torrington Water Pollution Control Facility, 252 Lower Bogue Rd, Harwinton, CT
This event is open to residents of the following 16 municipalities: Barkhamsted, Canaan (Falls Village), Colebrook, Cornwall, Goshen, Hartland, Harwinton, Litchfield, Morris, New Hartford, Norfolk, North Canaan, Salisbury, Sharon, Torrington, and Winchester.
Residents must register to participate and and must present your e-ticket (received via email) at check-in the morning of the event.
When registering, please choose a time you plan to dropoff your materials. This will help us manage the volume of vehicles we expect at this popular event.
